Follow these steps to register your group:
1	Request a "keycode" from Sara Diaz at sdiaz@ohcc.org.  Sara will email a keycode to you. If you have registered in past years, please click login and enter your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, please click "email my password" and proceed to step #3.
2	Click the "keycode" link in the email you receive and then click the Submit button.  You will be asked to specify a password and then given an opportunity to enter your contact information.
3	Click on the "Register" link on the menu bar. Enter the name and session selections for each member of your group. You can modify attendee schedules as necessary. You are able to go in and out of the registration module – not all students have to be entered at once. You do not need to "log out" of the module; information is automatically saved. When you are finished, just "x" out of the screen. The registration deadline is Friday, October 22, 2010 11:59 PM.
4	If you need scholarship information, contact Sara Diaz at sdiaz@ohcc.org or 503-682-1300 ext 113. Partial scholarships are available for students who qualify for the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program. We ask that students pay as much as they are able. The scholarship will cover the rest. The school principal must sign the form certifying that all students requesting scholarships are eligible to do so. The scholarship request deadline is Thursday, October 21, 2010 4:00 PM.  Any scholarship requests received after that deadline will not be considered. You will be notified of scholarship status within one business day. Please also contact Sara Diaz for transportation scholarship requests.
5	Click on the Schedule link on the menu bar and print your group schedule.  Click each attendee's name to view and print individual attendee schedules.  You will be responsible for handing out the attendee schedules so students have them upon arrival at Health Career Day.
6	Click the "Invoice" link on the menu bar. Print and mail the invoice with your conference payment as specified. The refund deadline is Friday, October 22, 2010 11:59 PM.
